1, where to enter Inner Mongolia?

The answer is clear, enter the hinterland of Inner Mongolia as soon as possible!

Open the map, Inner Mongolia has a vast territory and a blank road network, which is different from the high-speed network in the mainland. We thought it would be difficult to walk in Inner Mongolia, so we chose to take a detour to Hulunbeier in expressway.

This is a common misunderstanding. In fact, the roads in the hinterland of Inner Mongolia are quite good, and the speed limit is 100. In fact, they are all in expressway, only for the convenience of local herders. After all, unlike the mainland, the county roads and township roads in Inner Mongolia extend in all directions like cobwebs.

More importantly, along these roads are grassland landforms with beautiful scenery. Self-driving experience is a word: cool!

2. How to plan the route before reaching Aershan?

Aershan is a scenic spot not to be missed. It is suggested to go to Manzhouli via Aershan. For the route design before arriving in Aershan, you can look at the map I made, which marked the scenic spots and roads.

Under normal circumstances, you can go through Zhangjiakou, take a walk along Grassland Road (online celebrity highway, which is worth a visit), then enter Inner Mongolia in the north, pass Xilin Gol, and then go east to Xiwuzhumuqin Banner. This section is a pure grassland road with good scenery and high online comments. Continue eastward, via Bai Yinhua and Holingol, to Aershan.

You can also go to Chengde first and visit the summer resort. You can choose to go to Mulan paddock. After that, you can go north, enter Inner Mongolia via Chifeng, go to Bahrain Right Banner, go to Datong Head in Inner Mongolia, pass Bahrain Right Banner, Arukerqin Banner (Tianshan Mountain) and Zhalute Banner, and then go north to Holingol and Arshan.

Recommended route after entering Inner Mongolia and before arriving in Aershan.

(1), in West Ujimqin Banner, you can choose to go north to East Ujimqin Banner, from which you can go to Aershan along the border county road X303 between China and Mongolia. But the road condition is poor, because the experience of the back border road is better. If there is not enough time, this road is not recommended.

(2) Moa Highway, from Mushroom Town in Zhalantun to Aershan, is also a scenic avenue, passing through Moon Tianchi and Chaihe Scenic Area. The scenery along the way is very good, close to Ji 'a Expressway. You can choose to take a walk according to the actual situation.

3. How to plan the route from Aershan to Arctic Village?

Leaving Aershan and heading north to Manzhouli, you will pass through Hulun Lake, and you can walk on both sides of Hulun Lake. It is generally recommended to take the west side, with grassland characteristics along the way. After passing Gulang (Xinzuoqi) in A Mu, you can choose to visit Bell Lake (the lake between China and Mongolia), then cross Qi Xinyou and head north to Manzhouli. Manzhouli Guomen Scenic Area and Taowa Scenic Area are both worth visiting. The city is famous for its night scenes. Suggest accommodation.

After leaving Manzhouli, I entered the essence of this trip, going north along the frontier highway, passing through Heishantou and reaching Shiwei. The road is next to the Ergon River, winding forward and picturesque. Shiwei Town is more exotic, so accommodation is recommended.

After arriving at Shiwei, you can choose to continue walking and take another section of border road to Linjiangtun, but the road ahead is a little worse. You can also go directly to the east and go to Moldoga. You can choose to play in Mordaoga Forest Park, which is quite big, and it will take at least half a day.

In Moldoga, there is a small dirt road that can lead directly to the Jinhe River, but this road navigation is generally not recommended. It will take you around the root river, then back to the golden river, and walk hundreds of kilometers more. I suggest taking the dirt road.

After arriving at Jinhe, the road conditions were slightly better. "Journey to the South" entered the Daxinganling forest region, returned to Manchuria, entered Heilongjiang, crossed the Mohe River and reached the Arctic Village.

Tips:

(1), Golden Account Khan and Mozigele River, which are famous, are not recommended because of poor road conditions and ordinary scenery. If you have to go, you need to go east in Manzhouli and go north via Hailar. As you can see from the map, you will lose a section of the border defense road, which is not worth the loss.

(2) The Mozgele River needs to be overlooked from a height to see the beauty of the curve. Netizens suggested not to sweat in the golden tent, continue to walk in, come out from the next village, climb high and look far, and have a better perspective.

(3) Go north through the Golden Curtain and reach Ergon. The wetland park here is not to be missed. Then, you can go west to Heishantou, get on the frontier highway, or continue north, go to Shiwei via Enhe Russian Township, or go north to Mohe via Genhe River.

(4) In Mo 'erdaoga, some netizens recommended a road to the north, via Bailu Island, to Qigan, from Qigan to the north through the virgin forest, out of Inner Mongolia into Heilongjiang, via Luoguhe Village, to Arctic Village. This is an unpopular road with complicated road conditions. Unless you have enough time and like adventure, it is not recommended to go.

5. How to plan the trip after the Arctic Village?

After visiting the Arctic Village, you can go to Heihe along G33 1 National Road to experience the feeling of driving through the virgin forest. The vast forest is deserted, the road conditions are not bad, there are few vehicles, and there is no signal on the mobile phone. In the second half of the year, it will be parallel to Heilongjiang, and Russia will be on the other side. You can choose North hong cun and the First Bay of Longjiang along the way.

The stunt of Beihong Village is farther north than Arctic Village in latitude. Propaganda is the original ecology, but it is actually an ordinary small village. There is no bright spot. Those who are interested can go and have a look. The first bay of Longjiang has to climb thousands of steps just to see a bend, but you can choose not to go.

After arriving in Heihe, time permits, you can go to a travel agency to go abroad to Russia. In Heihe, which is connected to the national high-speed network, if time is tight, go south, pass Harbin, Changchun and Shenyang, cross the three northeastern provinces and go home.

A small dirt road through the virgin forest

If there is enough time, then continue to take G33 1 or go east along Heilongjiang. After Fujin, go to Fuyuan, that is, reach the easternmost tip of the motherland and have a look at Heixiazi Island. Then, you can still go south along G33 1, pass through Zhenbao Island and Hutou Fortress, and reach Xingkai Lake (the Sino-Russian boundary lake).

I suggest that after seeing the easternmost land, you can take the expressway from Fuyuan and go straight to Jingbo Lake and Changbai Mountain. After visiting Changbai Mountain, go south along the border between China and North Korea, pass through Ji 'an and reach Dandong. The scenery of this section of highway along the river is very good, and many netizens recommend it.

You can contact the travel agency in Dandong to travel to North Korea. After leaving Dandong, you can take the expressway to Dalian, cross the sea in Dalian to Yantai, and then you can set foot on the return journey. Of course, you can also bypass Bohai Bay, pass Huludao and Qinhuangdao, and set foot on the return journey, depending on your own situation.

Tip two points:

(1), not recommended: after visiting the Arctic Village, start walking south, cross Mohe and Jiagedaqi, and go to Wudalianchi. First, you will have a better self-driving experience by taking G33 1 through the virgin forest. Second, Lunan looks closer, but the road conditions are not good, so it won't actually save much time. In short, if you go to the Arctic Village, it should be the best and inevitable choice to go to Heihe along the border.
