Materials:

1. Two photos. This can be solved by taking photos by yourself inside the subway station, and the results are pretty good.

2. Original visa application form. Filled out online when applying at Deco. Once this form is filled out, the system cannot modify it. If you fill it out incorrectly, there are two methods: (1) Call and ask for modifications. They will modify the permissions and you can modify them. (2) Circle the wrong places and submit the form on the spot. The person who collects the materials will print another copy for you for free.

3. Supplementary Questions Form for Schengen Visa Application. Just download this and fill it out.

4. Copy of flight ticket. Just highlight the name, date, and flight key information.

5. Hotel orders. For reservations made on Booking.com, just print the English confirmation letter. Highlight your name and check-in and check-out dates.

6. Copy of insurance. There is no need to submit original documents, but you need to bring them over for them to take a look at. I bought the insurance from Manford Insurance on the forum. I bought Class A for 11-15 days for 400 yuan. For insurance, you can choose express delivery or pdf file. PDF is enough. You can just print it out in color. It is in Chinese and English, so no additional translation is required. Generally, they will send the pdf to your email address within 2-3 days after payment.

7. Company certification. Directly written English.

8. A copy of the company’s organization code certificate. If you need to translate the English version, there are templates on the forum.

9. Bank statement. I drew up six months of slips and highlighted each month’s salary and bonus. Just write salary and bonus next to it, no additional translation is needed.

10. Deposit freezing order. I saw on the forum that they would accept the original document, but they did not accept my original document. They received a copy and returned the original document to me.

11. Copy of real estate certificate. I haven’t even read the original. It needs to be translated. The templates on this forum don't seem to be very suitable, so I had to translate it myself.

12. Copy of household registration book. Once the original is correct, it will be returned to you. If you need to translate it, you can use the template on the forum. 15. Personal statement letter. This is not necessary either. But since I belong to a high-risk group, I still wrote it.
