Daxiaodong Scenic Area is located in Yazhou District, Sanya City, Hainan Province. It is a comprehensive tourist area integrating natural scenery, human landscape, folk culture and religious activities. The Cave-in-the-Sky Scenic Area, formerly known as Haishan Wonder Scenic Area and called Aoshan Cave in ancient times, is located in the southwest corner of Nanshan, 40 kilometers west of Sanya City, Hainan Province, with a total area of 22.5 square kilometers. This scenic spot has a history of more than 800 years.

The large and small cave scenic spots are known as the first scenic spot of Qiongya with its beautiful seascape, mountain scenery and stone scenery. Up to now, there are still cliff stone carvings such as "Small Cave Heaven", "Diaoyutai", "Seamount Wonder", "Immortal Feet" and "Sword Peak Test" in the scenic spot.
