Materials required for group travel to Hong Kong and Macao:

(1) An application form for entry and exit documents of China citizens.

Applicants can print on the spot in the accreditation hall with their resident ID cards.

1. During the collection, renewal and replacement of resident identity cards, you can submit the original temporary resident identity card and its front and back copies.

2. If you are under the age of 16 and have not applied for a resident identity card, you must submit the original and photocopy of the household registration book. The applicant must be accompanied by a guardian (only one guardian is required). The applicant shall also submit his "Birth Medical Certificate" or the original and photocopy of the guardianship certificate, as well as the original and photocopy of the guardian's resident ID card. If the guardian is unable to accompany him, he may entrust others to accompany him, and the accompanying person shall submit the original and photocopy of his resident identity card and the guardian's power of attorney.

3. Servicemen and people's armed police shall submit the original military officer's card, soldier's card or police officer's card and their front and back copies as identification.

All entry-exit accreditation halls in the city are free to collect on-site electronic accreditation photos that meet the "Guide to Entry-Exit Photographing" for applicants.

Applicants from Hong Kong and Macao shall not entrust others to apply on their behalf.
