How to get from Osaka Kansai Airport to Kyoto Station;
There are two ways to recommend Osaka Kansai Airport to Kyoto: 1, JR, 2, airport bus.
How to take JR to Kyoto station;
1. After arriving at the T 1 terminal, find the "domestic line", take the elevator to the second floor and turn left. Cross the bridge to "Kansai Airport" and find a blue sign that says: JRticketoffice.
It's the ticket office.
Show your passport and buy an ICOCA and an express ticket. Icoca+haruka (Express) One-way price: 3600 yen. It's a good deal to buy like this.
Haruka (Express) has only three stops from Osaka Kansai Airport to Kyoto Station: Tianjia-New Osaka-Kyoto Station. This is the fastest way, about an hour and a half.
After buying the ticket, follow the "exit" door and walk to the opposite blue B.
The gate, insert Chunxiang, take it out, and take the elevator to the Shinkansen platform. Wait at the timetable on the ground and the free seat on the ground (if a seat is specified, the fee will increase). The boarding point is blue, usually platform 4. Pay attention to the car you are riding: the car you love.
If you have enough time, you can take the local train or express train directly to Kyoto station with the ICOCA card, but the time is too long.
How to get to Kyoto by bus: buy a one-way ticket to Kyoto directly with the driver at the airport bus platform. Determine the parking place and insert the ticket after getting on the bus. About 230 yen.
Kyoto mode of transportation: 1, rail transit, electric railway, subway, it will be very convenient soon. 2. Bus. It's a taxi, which is more expensive.
Recommended shopping places in Kyoto:
Three or four places in Kyoto are the best shopping places, and many small shops eat, drink and have fun in buy buy.
New Jingguo shopping area, Temple Town, Jinger, Sitaowuxiang and Sitaoheyuan, Takashimaya, LOFT, Kyoto BAL, etc. Among them, there are many small shops, drugstores, bookstores, food and so on in Xinjingguo Shopping District, Teramachi Kyoji, Sitaowumarutong, and Sitakahara-machi. In fact, according to my experience, as long as you visit one of the three markets thoroughly, you can buy what you like. My favorite place to go is the new Jinggu shopping area, where there are many shops, varieties and pharmacies.
Takashimaya is a large high-end brand shopping mall. Remember to get a 5% discount membership card for Takashimaya when you buy it.
Uniqlo is also the punching point for shopping in Kyoto. The top floor of Sanjiaomina Store is the largest Uniqlo store. There are many more goods than in China, and the prices are not expensive.
LOFT has three items, all kinds of daily necessities, daily necessities, stationery and trinkets.
BAL, Kyoto: It's a shopping center designed in northern Europe. There are many clothes and trinkets with a sense of design. MUJ prefers to visit the fifth and first floors.
If you want to buy small things like porcelain, go to Zhiyuan.
If you want to experience wearing kimono, there are many places around Hikawara-machi, Huajian Lane and Zhiyuan where you can rent kimono shops. It's best to make an appointment in advance before traveling, so as not to delay the time.
Special reminder: When shopping in Japan, UnionPay, WeChat and Alipay can all be discounted. Please ask clearly about the payment.

Huajian Lane: Japanese-style old street, which is an excellent place to wear kimono and take photos and shop. It's close to the new Jinggu shopping area.
Lanshan: Take JR from Kyoto Station to Lanshan, which is Sano Station. From here, you can take the train from Lanshan, and you should book it in advance in the peak season. It is recommended to rent a bicycle in Lanshan, and there is a place to rent a car at the walk of the station. Not expensive. It is charged by the hour. There are many places to play in Lanshan Scenic Area: Xiangye Bamboo Forest (where Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon is located), Tianlong Temple, Bridge, Chang Silent Light Temple, Temple, Xueyuan Temple, Nianfo Temple, Saihe Temple and so on. It is convenient to ride all the way, and the scenic spots are not far apart.
Nara: It takes an hour by Jr. When you get out of Nara, don't take the bus. Just walk slowly. There are many deer along the way, so you can buy cookies to feed them. The main attractions of Nara are: Todaiji Nara Museum Nara Park Chunri Dashe.
Ye Wan Botanical Garden, etc. These scenic spots are not far apart, so you can pass by slowly.
Especially when visiting the main scenic spots in Nara, bring some snacks and water for a day. There are not many restaurants and convenience stores on the road.
The following are the attractions that are not on the classic line:
1, Shixiantang, Yuanguang Temple, Jin Fu Temple, Lugu Mountain
Eight shrines. These five scenic spots are all in Jing Zuo District, and they are very close to each other. For example, when we arrived at Shixiantang, we found the Eight Sacred Temples, and then we found Beaver Valley Mountain. Go to the opposite alley and you will find Yuanguang Temple. Jin Fu Temple is 20 minutes' walk from Shixiantang. Among them, Shixiantang, Yuanguang Temple and Jin Fu Temple are the best places to watch the drought elephants.
2. Meixiu Art Museum: It is a private museum designed by architect I.M. Pei, and its address is:
Kaga City, Shiga Prefecture, Japan. This museum is in the county below Kyoto, and it takes a day to go back and forth. There is a line from Kyosaka to Kaga City in Shiga Prefecture, and there is a shuttle bus to Meixiu Art Museum at the gate of the station. When I came back, there was a shuttle bus to the station.
Note: Meixiu Art Museum is not open all year round, but about half a year. Be sure to check the opening hours in official website before you go.
3. Yinta Temple: It is also in Jing Zuo District. Dry landscape is very classic, recommended for great value. There is a direct bus from Yinta Temple to Jingu Temple.
4. Owl and Cat Shop: In the shopping area of Xinjingguo, there are portraits of owls and cats at the door, which are easy to find. If both of them have joint tickets, it is economical after all.
