Emei Mountain 2-day winter tour introduction

In two days, it's almost noon from other places to Emei Mountain, so it's suggested that you can go to Guobao Temple and Khufu Temple at the foot of the mountain to play and live at the foot of the mountain on the first afternoon. Go up the mountain early the next morning. If the weather is fine, you can go up to see the sunrise, because Emei Mountain is very big and the scenic spots are far away. If you want to go up and down the mountain one day, you can only go up by car. If you travel for three days, you can go up the mountain in the first two days, go down the mountain on the third day and live on the mountain. Because the time is tight this time, we have arranged a two-day trip.

Day 1: Zigong → Emei Mountain, visit Guobao Temple and Khufu Temple, and live at the foot of the mountain.

This time we traveled from Zigong to Emei. There are buses to Emei at Zigong bus station all day. The fare is about 50, and the car is in good condition. However, due to the construction of Lezi expressway from Zigong to Leshan, the ride time is a bit long, which takes about 4 hours. The bus goes to Leshan and stops at Emei Passenger Transport Center. There is a reception point at the exit. You can take a bus to Mount Emei, generally 10 yuan/person, and the most expensive one is no more than 15 yuan. It takes about 20 minutes to drive and take you directly to the door of a hotel at the foot of the mountain (of course, the hotel will give the driver an introduction fee). Tell you here, don't buy a tourist map of Mount Emei at this reception point (asking for 5 yuan), because basically every hotel will give it to you as long as you want.

If you leave from Chengdu, take Chengdu Xinnanmen Station. There are n buses to Emei Mountain every day, so you can walk at any time. The fare is about 50 yuan, and it takes 2 hours to drive directly to Emei Mountain Tourist Passenger Transport Center at the foot of Emei Mountain.

Give some accommodation advice to friends. If it is a two-day tour, I suggest you live at the foot of the mountain, which is cheap and convenient. If it's a 3-day tour (2 days up the mountain and down the mountain 1 day), it's recommended to stay on the mountain, but regular hotels on the mountain are very expensive, about one night in 500 yuan, and it's cheaper to stay in a farmhouse, while 50 yuan is basically ok, but the conditions are average and there is basically no air conditioning. If you want to stay, everyone should be prepared.

Now let's talk about living at the foot of the mountain. There are many hotels in Emei Mountain Tourist Passenger Transport Center along Jinshan Highway. The conditions are good, almost quasi-Samsung standard. The standard room price is basically between 100- 150, so you can decide whether to stay in the room beforehand. More importantly, remember to bargain. But the quality of toiletries in these hotels is very poor. Except slippers, towels and bath towels, the rest can only be prepared by yourself.

After we checked in, the hotel waiter recommended that we buy a ticket for the downhill coach. Only then did I know that it took two days, or 1.5 days to be exact. It is impossible to climb the mountain on foot. Sightseeing bus, which has been sitting for two hours from downhill to uphill, seems to be 60 kilometers away. After listening to him for a while, I bought it from him because I didn't do my homework well before I came. I thought I would arrange my own time to buy tickets for dinner, but I didn't know it was "joining the group" until the next day. After joining the group, I bought a cableway and went down the mountain. So, remind friends who are coming, don't be fooled again. Tickets can be bought at any time on the mountain. There is no need to buy it from him, and there is no discount. And the time with the group is not free at all, like rushing to the scene.

After staying in the hotel, I officially started my trip to Emei Mountain.

1. Just leave your suitcase where you used to live in Chengdu. If it is a hotel, you can stay. Just stay in Emei Mountain for one night and carry a small backpack.

Secondly, seeing monkeys in low mountain areas means passing through the Yin Qing Pavilion and the ecological monkey area after seeing the monkeys for the first time. The most leisurely way is to take the bus to Wuxiangang parking lot, and then take Jiliping Road to Yin Qing Pavilion, which is the least traveled route. To reach Wuxian Port, foreign tourists usually have to take a sightseeing bus from Guobao Temple Tourist Station, which takes about 20 minutes by car.

3. If you arrive at Emei Mountain downtown at four o'clock in the afternoon, there will be plenty of time, depending on your choice. 1 You can find a place to eat local food and then soak in hot springs at night. There are many people living around the hot spring Happy Valley in the Guobaomiao area. 2. Look at the Big Buddha Temple in the city, the museum at the foot of the mountain, the Khufu Temple and the Guobao Temple, and you can simply stay at the Guobao Temple at night.
