At the invitation of Secretary Ma Yuan, I planned the future development of Dragonfly Village in Liangzhou District of my hometown with the theme of "highlighting the cultural characteristics of Dragonfly, developing folk tourism and building a folk culture village", focusing on six aspects that should be paid attention to at present:

First, relying on historical sites, we will build a patriotic education base and use Yang's tomb to build Yang Jiajiang Square. The restoration and expansion of Liang Qing Temple will make this Buddhist cultural center a broad representative that can reflect the prosperity of Buddhism in the southeast of Liangzhou.

The second is to build a folk village in the west of the square and temple, showing the original ecology of the famous production methods such as felt shops and oil mills in Liuzhou Village, and restoring the old Zhangjia landlord manor with defensive functions such as turrets and sports cars on the city walls. The clothes of the service staff are uniform, with black suspenders on men's white shirts and white headscarves on women's green jackets and trousers.

The third is to build antique houses and folk museum in the west of the village Committee. Vigorously develop folk tourism culture and strive to achieve one store and one product. These 300 stores should include three black boys, sesame oil from the oil mill, felt hat felt shoes, souvenirs, cakes and cakes, and other special snacks. There should be a bronze galloping horse, a virtuous and filial group, a reading club, a teahouse, a Yang Jiajiang drum performance team, an open-air film screening and other workshops.

Fourth, in the west of Liang Qing Temple, at the boundary of Team 1, Team 2 and Team 5 and the northwest side of the village committee, the "Moon River and Dragonfly Lake" will be excavated and built, and trees will be planted, water birds and dragonflies will be raised, and fishing will be carried out, so as to create a beautiful natural landscape of aquatic plants, build a pedal waterwheel by the lake, draw water with a boom, and let tourists experience the ancient labor culture of lifting water for irrigation.

? The fifth is to set up a folk culture tourism company in Dragonfly Village, set up scenic spots in combination with the historical sites around Dragonfly Village and the characteristics of Tengger Desert, and set up a commercial camel caravan for tourists to watch and ride.

Sixth, vigorously develop characteristic agriculture, strive for organic vegetables to enter the dining table of people in Lanzhou and even metropolis within the year, set up dragonfly brand organic vegetable marketing point in Lanzhou, and set up dragonfly village office in Lanzhou.

? After reading my planning ideas, a friend said that my painstaking efforts and good intentions were the best policy after careful investigation and study. I later analyzed the planning process that produced a specific plan for several hours and why it left a comprehensive and profound impression on the people I saw. All this is based on my love for my hometown and my desire for its prosperity, and all this is because I know everything about my hometown. As Professor Xu said, planning based on familiarity with local customs and cultural heritage is by no means an overnight job.
