What procedures are required to change the address of a travel agency?

Travel agencies that change their address must go to the industrial and commercial administrative department to handle the corresponding change registration or deregistration, and file with the original licensing tourism administrative department within 3 working days from the date of completion of registration, replacement or deregistration. Return the travel agency business license.

The application materials are as follows: Change filing materials (in triplicate) need to be submitted (1) "Travel Agency Change Matters Registration Form" (the travel agency and the county, district, and prefecture-level city tourism bureaus where they are located are stamped with the official seal); (2) Documents proving the new business location (for self-owned premises, proof of ownership and purpose description should be provided; for leased premises, the original lease contract or agreement with a lease period of more than one year should be provided; (3) New travel agency charter or amendment to the charter (4) A copy of the newly renewed "Enterprise Legal Person Business License" issued by the industrial and commercial department (marked to be consistent with the original and stamped with the official seal); (5) Original and duplicate of the original travel agency business license
