The Mandong Reservoir in Licun, Rongxian County covers an area of about 65 square kilometers, and the Pingli Reservoir Eco-tourism Resort in Rongxian County was jointly invested by Taiwanese boss Mr. Cai and Mr. Li Lianbin.
