How to deal with tourists who leave the group without permission?
Legal analysis: Outbound tourists are not allowed to stay abroad illegally. Tourists who are traveling abroad with a group are not allowed to split into groups or leave the group without authorization. They should report to the public security organs, tourism authorities or my country’s overseas agencies in a timely manner.
Legal basis: "Travel Law of the People's Republic of China"
Article 16: Outbound tourists shall not illegally stay abroad, and tourists traveling in groups shall not leave the country without authorization. Join the group, get out of the group. Inbound tourists are not allowed to stay illegally in the country, and tourists who enter the country as part of a group are not allowed to split up or leave the group without authorization.
Article 55 If a tourism operator organizes and receives inbound and outbound tourism and discovers that tourists are engaging in illegal activities or violating the provisions of Article 16 of this Law, they shall report it to the public security organs and tourism authorities in a timely manner. Or reports from my country’s overseas agencies.
