Guangerdawu
In Shiqiaotou Village, Xiba Village Committee, Liantan Town, Yunan County, there is a well-known ancient residential building-Guanger Mansion. The whole mansion is square, with a tall and solid wall outside. Besides a gate, there is a watchtower. There are phoenix tails on the roof and cymbals on the wall opposite. The ridge of the tile is inlaid with various patterns, and the eaves are decorated with woodcarving flowers, fish and insects, which are very ethnic. Guangeryuan was built in Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty and has a history of more than 200 years. Because of its huge building scale, covering an area of 6,667 square meters, and with rare functions of flood control, fire prevention and theft prevention in China, it has been praised as "the first house in Guangdong" by relevant ancient architecture experts. Professor Wu Qingzhou, a famous architectural archaeologist and dean of the School of Architecture of South China University of Technology, said after the investigation: "Although Chaozhou and Meizhou in Guangdong have similar big houses, their walls can only prevent fire and theft, but they cannot prevent floods. There are very few large enclosed houses integrating fire prevention, theft prevention and flood control functions in China. " The founders of this house are Qiu, Runfang and Guanger, so it is called "Guanger Big House". In 2009, Guanger Building was listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Guangdong Province.
Zhangyuanfan temple
Zhanggong Temple, located on the right side of Liantan Middle School in Liantan Town, was built in Wanli period of Ming Dynasty (1587). The temple was rebuilt five times, the first time was built in the 27th year of Wanli (1599), and it was also built and expanded in different degrees in Qing dynasty. The temple seat extends from west to northeast, and was originally a building complex composed of internal and external buildings. The main buildings are vestibule, main hall, quadrangle pavilion, annex hall and cloister. There are auxiliary buildings such as stage, battery, hexagonal pavilion, gray brick plastic lion and fence in the front and back yards. The halls are arranged vertically and horizontally, with a front hall, a four-corner pavilion in the middle and a back hall, with accessory halls and cloisters on both sides. The layout is balanced and symmetrical, with a square plane. There are two granite columns supporting the flying head in front of the temple, covered with green glazed tiles, and six lattice columns supporting the weight in the main hall, with a bucket arch at the column base. Columns are arranged in rows to form a bright room, a spacious room. Painted with carved beams and painted buildings, it is gorgeous and magnificent. 1985 was listed as the first batch of key cultural relics protection units in Yunan county. 1986 was donated by compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao for maintenance and gradually restored to its original appearance. Liantan has simple folk customs, and folk arts, folk customs and traditional customs have a long history and are colorful, including martial arts, dragon and lion dances, eight-tone folk songs, craft binding, finger painting, folk arts, character decoration, floating color modeling and so on. It is the only town in Yunfu that has been rated as "the hometown of folk art" at the national level.

In 2000, it was named "the hometown of folk art (folk songs) in China" by the Ministry of Culture and the Social and Cultural Library. According to Xining County Records, Liantan folk songs began in Qin Long period of Ming Dynasty, and were named after their origins in Liantan Town, Yunnan County. Mainly spread in rural areas adjacent to Guangdong and Guangxi. Deeply loved by the people, it is a folk song for the people to entertain themselves and express their feelings, and it is a folk ballad with unique local characteristics in Yunfu City.
Liantan folk songs have a deep mass base and are characterized by profound meaning, vivid image, vivid language, concise sentence patterns, rich charm, easy to understand and remember, and communication feelings. They are the artistic crystallization and historical products of the people in Nanjiang area in their long-term production and life, and the concentrated expression of the spiritual beliefs of the local people, which have certain historical, academic and artistic values. According to legend, Helou Dance originated in Liantan Town, Yunnan County, and it is a sacrificial dance of Baiyue nationality in ancient times. The dance movements of the Helou Dance are primitive and rough. The dancers dressed up as women, wearing black shirts and skirts, black cool hats, scarves around their waists and Ma Xie on their feet. The leading dancers are holding the ears of wheat, singing the Song of He Lou, posing, waving their hands and stamping their feet, and dancing in the southeast and northwest directions. The melody of He Lou's songs is fixed and melodious.
He Lou Dance is listed as a national intangible cultural heritage. He Lou dance plays a certain role in the study of Lingnan folk culture. This dance is on the verge of extinction. Nanjiang Culture (Liantan) Art Festival, according to legend, began in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, spread in the Qing Dynasty, and reached its peak in the Republic of China. Every year, the 20th day of the first lunar month is Zhang Yuanxun's birthday and a festival, also called "temple fair". Zhang Yuanxun once led his troops to quell the "Yao chaos" in Liantan area. In order to commemorate his achievements, the local people built Zhanggong Temple, and took the 20th day of the first lunar month, when he was born, as the "temple fair", which later developed into "temple fair" and "art festival". The art festival lasts for six days from the 15th to 20th of the first month. During this period, there were grand literary parties such as dragons and lions, movies, folk art, songs and dances, and large-scale performances and parades with folk characteristics were held on the 20th of the first month, including dancing in the Lotus Pagoda and floating colors on the beach.
Since 199 1, Liantan Town has held a folk art festival from the 15th to 20th of the first lunar month every year, striving for innovation on the basis of inheriting excellent national traditional culture, making the past serve the present and embodying the characteristics of the times of folk art. ..
