The first is the ecological residential area in the north of the city. It uses the triangle area enclosed by the "V" shaped Tianmu River to build a public leisure green space along the river and develop ecological residences around it. At the same time, it shares part of the town's business and transportation , travel services and other functions. The second is the tourist area in the west of the city, which focuses on exploring historical and cultural accumulation and supports urban tourism service functions. The third is the living area in the city, combined with the renovation of the old city, gradually improving various public supporting facilities and economic, social and cultural infrastructure, mainly arranging functional places such as business, administrative offices, residence, medical and cultural entertainment. The fourth is the Chengdong Cultural District, the east part of Qianyang Street. There are middle schools, primary schools and technical schools in the area. The existing facilities will be improved, adjusted and upgraded to share the urban cultural and educational functions. The fifth is the Chengnan Industrial Park, which is located on the south side of the "02" provincial road, the west side of Tianmu South Road, and the east side of Tianmu River. Taking the opportunity of the westward shift of Lin'an Municipal Economic Development Center, it integrates the two industrial zones in the east and south of the town to build a potential industrial park.
