Taking the high-speed train from Chongqing to Hong Kong requires a Hong Kong and Macao pass. Those who do not have a Hong Kong and Macao Pass can go to the entry-exit hall with the following materials.

Mainland residents apply for travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao respectively.

1. Fill in the Application Form for Entry and Exit Documents of China Citizens;

2. Submit the photo of the applicant that meets the standards of the Photography Guide for Entry and Exit Documents;

3. Submit the original ID card of the applicant and the household registration book if the applicant is under the age of 16; Soldiers shall submit military identity certificates. The above-mentioned identity documents must be copied or electronically scanned;

4. Submit or verify fingerprint information as required.

Soldiers and state functionaries who have been registered for the record shall submit a letter of approval for entry and exit issued by their subordinate units or superior competent units in accordance with the personnel management authority.
