I. Selection of post and location

(1) Full-time leading cadres:

If the ratio of the transferred positions of leading cadres and deputy leading cadres to the number of people who meet the registration requirements after qualification examination is less than 1: 10, the transferred positions will be cancelled.

Three. Qualifications and conditions for registration

(4) Civil servants or official state cadres;

3. Director of Planning and Construction Department of Chengxi District Management Committee:

(1) Under 40 years old (born after1September, 9731);

(4) Civil servants or official state cadres;

(five) the annual assessment results in the past five years are all qualified (qualified) and above;

(6) good health.

The deadline for calculating service years and working years is 2065438+September 2003.

In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted:

1, under investigation by judicial organs and discipline inspection (supervision) organs;

2, received a serious warning above the party discipline, demerit above the disciplinary action;

Fourth, the selection process

The third party is involved in the whole process of this open selection, which is conducted in accordance with the procedures of recommendation, written examination, interview, assessment, differential voting, collective research and publicity.

(a) recommended by the party organization of the unit. Party organizations of all units should thoroughly mobilize and launch, investigate those who meet the qualifications and are willing to sign up, and recommend registration in the form of official documents. The office of the Municipal Public Selection Leading Group will strictly review the qualifications of applicants, and those who pass the examination will be issued an admission ticket before the written test. (2) written test. The written test is conducted by means of centralized written test after on-the-spot investigation. Randomly select 1-2 research points, and organize applicants to conduct field research. After the inspection, a concentrated written test will be conducted in the form of a closed book, focusing on testing candidates' theoretical literacy and practical ability to analyze and solve problems. According to the written test results, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1:5.

The written test and interview contents are mainly based on different positions and professional requirements, combined with the actual proposition of our city, and organized and implemented by third parties.

(4) Evaluation and inspection. The assessment and inspection work is organized and implemented by the third party, with the cooperation of the office of the leading group for public selection. The inspection team went to the current (former) work unit of the inspection object to conduct a comprehensive inspection of its morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty in the form of democratic recommendation, individual talks, access to information, field visits and special investigations, and implemented the inspection and notification system. If the excellent rate is less than 70%, the dissatisfaction rate is more than 30%, or the comprehensive performance is average, inappropriate and incompetent for leadership positions, the qualification for entering the next link will be cancelled. At the same time, physical examination and political examination are carried out for the assessment objects.

(5) the difference in votes. On the basis of written examination, interview and assessment, the third party will select the preliminary candidates by secret ballot according to the ratio of 1: 1.
