4. Department of International Tourism Market Development

Undertake the development of international, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan tourism markets, organize the external publicity of the overall image of tourism in our province, and organize the promotion activities of key tourist areas, destinations and routes; To undertake the foreign cooperation and exchange of tourism in our province; To undertake related affairs in Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan Province as required; To undertake the audit of foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan setting up tourism agencies in Shandong.

5. Ministry of Domestic Tourism Market Development

Undertake the development of domestic tourism market and organize the domestic publicity of the overall image of the province's tourism; Organize the promotion activities of key tourist areas, destinations and routes to guide leisure and vacation; Responsible for promoting exchanges and cooperation between domestic tourism business and tourism departments of other provinces and cities and large-scale tourism enterprises; To undertake the propaganda work of tourism news.

6. Planning and Development Division

Draw up the tourism development plan of the whole province and organize its implementation; Undertake the general survey of tourism resources in the whole province; Guide the planning, development and protection of key tourist areas, destinations and routes, and guide the society to invest in tourism; To undertake the construction of places to promote the development of tourism; To undertake the monitoring of the province's tourism economic operation and tourism statistics; Undertake the work related to red tourism.

7. Supervision and Management Office

Supervise and manage the quality of tourism service and market order, and guide the construction of spiritual civilization and credit system in the tourism industry of the whole province; To undertake the examination and approval of travel agencies engaged in domestic and inbound tourism business, and the examination and approval of travel agencies engaged in outbound tourism business; To undertake the work related to tourism standards, formulate and organize the implementation of tourism facilities and service standards for scenic spots, resorts, tourist accommodation, travel agencies and vehicles in the province; To undertake the comprehensive coordination of tourism safety; To guide tourism emergency rescue and insurance work; Coordinate holiday tourism; To guide the work of tourism industry organizations in the whole province; To undertake the market access qualification examination of foreign investors, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan investment travel agencies and other related matters assigned by the National Tourism Administration.

8. Personnel Department

To be responsible for the personnel management, organization establishment, education and training of the bureaus and directly affiliated units; To be responsible for the management and service of retirees of bureau organs, and guide the management and service of retirees of units directly under the bureau organs; To undertake the implementation of professional qualification standards and grade standards for tourism professionals.

9. Party committees of organs

Responsible for the work between the Party and the masses of the bureau organs and directly affiliated units, and the daily work shall be undertaken by the personnel department.

10, Discipline Inspection Team of Provincial Tourism Bureau, Supervision Department

(1) Supervise and inspect the resident departments and their subordinate systems to implement the Party's line, principles, policies and resolutions, abide by national laws and regulations, and implement the decisions and orders of the provincial party committee and government.
