China's First Beach Tourist Resort is located on the Nanhai Peninsula in Maoming City, Guangdong Province. It is a national 5A tourist resort. The reason why it is called "China's No. 1 Beach" is that there are three firsts here: First, here is the country's first and longest coastal protective forest belt that has been successfully built. The huge Chinese painting "Green Great Wall" created by the Chinese painting master Guan Shanyue Based on this, this painting is now hung in the Great Hall of the People; secondly, Fangji Island here is the country's first diving tourism base; the visibility of the seawater around Fangji Island is 10 meters, the best in the country.
