What are the travel strategies for Qinghai and Gansu? How does the weather change in Gansu?
It is definitely a good idea to go to Gansu and Qinghai. Coming here will make you glad you came. It can be said that you can see various landforms besides the sea, such as forests, grasslands, lakes, snow-capped mountains, deserts, and Gobi, and experience the rich ethnic customs and religious atmosphere.
1. Is the climate in Qinghai, Gansu suitable for tourism?
The climate here in Gansu is a typical continental climate. Winter is cold and everything is bleak, making it not suitable for traveling. There is a lot of sand and dust in spring, so it is not suitable. Therefore, the suitable season for traveling is summer and autumn. Qinghai has a high altitude and alpine climate, so only seven or eight months a year are suitable for tourism. Moreover, during this period, most parts of the country are hot, while Qinghai is cool, just in time for summer vacation. Tourists who like to see rapeseed flowers come to Qianqing area in mid-July and can see rapeseed flowers in Menyuan, Biandukou, Minle, and Shandan Army Racecourse.
2. What are the tourist facilities and reception conditions here?
There is definitely a gap between Gansu and the developed eastern regions, but there is no problem in successfully completing the tour. The tourism conditions in the Hexi Corridor in Gansu are relatively good. Except for Xining, the conditions in other places in Qinghai will be slightly worse, but the basic tourist reception is not bad. Tourists from developed areas do not need to worry.
3. Will traveling in Gansu and Qinghai be rebellious?
The altitude in Gansu is generally between 1,500 meters and 3,000 meters. The altitude of the Jinshan cliff entrance in Aksaidan is about 3,800 meters. Qinghai has a higher altitude. Dadongshuya Pass in Qilian County is 4,120 meters above sea level, and Aobao Ridge is 3,685 meters above sea level. For some, rebellion is possible and requires some preparation.
Four. Travel route design.
Gansu and Qinghai are vast and sparsely populated, with scattered scenic spots. Traveling by public transportation is not very convenient. Of course, traveling by train in the Gansu Hexi Corridor is not a big problem. The Lanzhou-Xinjiang High-speed Railway from Xining to Zhangye is also very convenient, but in terms of time and cost, self-driving and chartered cars are the most convenient.
