What's the difference between Shanghai Normal Tourism College and Tourism College?

They are all formal and recognized by the state. I'm from Shanghai Tourism College, and I used to be a student union member. I know this old problem best. As the saying goes, Shanghai Tourism College and Shanghai Normal University Tourism College are "one team, two brands". What do you mean? The name is different, but many classroom teachers and other software and hardware facilities are common. Shanghai Normal University is an undergraduate, but it is a junior college.
