Complaints about scenic spots can be defended by complaining to consumer associations or tourism administrative departments, as follows:

2. The parties can also call 1230 1 to defend their rights, and customers can evaluate and suggest the service quality of service personnel and tour guides;

3. The parties can negotiate with the person in charge of the scenic spot to deal with related matters and resolve conflicts;

4. If negotiation fails, the parties may also complain to the consumer association and the tourism administrative department;
