Pan Da, located in Pan 'an County, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, is sparsely populated, with dense forests and more than 5,200 peaks. Its air quality and 99% river water quality have reached the national first-class standard all the year round, and it was a paradise for celebrities to live in seclusion in ancient times.
