1. Obligations of Party A:

Party A is responsible for supporting Party B's implementation, and the township government and village committee shall not charge any other fees except as stipulated by national laws. The compensation for young crops of villagers shall be paid by Party B at the most favorable price;

(3) Responsible for signing a power of attorney for tourism development with the village committee;

(4) Responsible for the construction and maintenance of scenic roads and the maintenance and protection of Huizhou residential buildings;

(five) responsible for forest management in tourist areas;

(6) assist in handling social security;

(7) Responsible for coordinating and handling the relationship with local villagers;

(8) Responsible for mobilizing villagers to cooperate with tourism development and planting crops;

(9) Assist Party B to carry out the specific implementation of the scenic spot tourism planning;

(10) Ensure the "three links" in the scenic spot, namely, road access, electricity access and water access;

2. Party B's obligations:

(1) Responsible for all investment in scenic spot development;

(2) Responsible for providing the overall planning of the scenic spot and reporting it to Party A and the tourism management department for approval and filing;

(3) Have the obligation to pay Party A's share of ticket revenue on schedule;

(4) Have the obligation to complete the tourism development according to the development project and time;

(5) Responsible for the construction of tourist trails in the scenic area;

(6) Obligation to protect local resources;

(seven) have the obligation to pay taxes and fees in accordance with the provisions;

(8) Have the obligation to guide local villagers to develop tourism economy;

9 responsible for the implementation of the "four unifications" standard, that is, unified planning, unified management, unified management and unified marketing;

Six, breach of contract processing

1. If Party A fails to perform the provisions of this contract, resulting in Party B's inability to develop and operate, Party A shall be responsible for compensating all the capital expenses invested by Party B and the liquidated damages of the same amount invested by Party B;

2. If Party B fails to perform this contract, all the facilities invested by Party B shall be owned by Party A free of charge;

Seven. Other matters:

1. Party A must ensure that others are not allowed to build any buildings along scenic roads, trails and scenic spots within the development scope;

2. During the cooperative operation period of tourism development, Party A shall not sign any cooperation content within the scope stipulated in this contract with any unit or individual;

3. In the scenic spot, if Party A increases the development projects of other industries, it shall not affect the planning, operation and development of the scenic spot, and it can only be implemented after Party B agrees;

4. After the expiration of the operation period, under the same conditions, Party B has the priority to renew the contract. If Party B fails to continue to perform the contract, the infrastructure (gatehouse, parking lot, footpath, etc. If it is invested and operated by Party B, it will be handed over to Party A free of charge, and the supporting service facilities of the investment scenic spot will be completely disposed of by Party B, and the income will also be owned by Party B;

5. Party B needs to report to Party A in advance if it involves forest development, and it can only be implemented after it is approved by relevant departments;

6. In case of force majeure, which causes serious economic losses to Party B and makes it unable to pay the fees and ticket income, both parties can settle the matter through negotiation or submit it to the arbitration organ for settlement.

8. This contract is made in quintuplicate, one for each party, one for the Tourism Bureau and one for the village committee where the scenic spot is located. This contract shall come into effect after being signed and sealed by both parties.

Nine. Matters not covered in this contract can be signed separately and have the same legal effect as this contract.
