Handling of tourist visas in Canada

Entry-exit frontier inspection organs are responsible for entry-exit frontier inspection. The public security organs of the local people's governments at or above the county level and their entry-exit administrative agencies are responsible for the management of foreigners' stay and residence. The Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs may, within the scope of their respective functions and duties, entrust the exit and entry administration agencies of public security organs of local people's governments at or above the county level and the foreign affairs departments of local people's governments at or above the county level to accept applications for entry and residence of foreigners. The Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs should strengthen communication and cooperation in the management of entry-exit affairs, closely cooperate with relevant departments of the State Council, exercise their functions and powers and assume responsibilities according to their respective responsibilities.
