Must-see scenic spots in Simao travel strategy

1. Puer Sun River National Park is located in the transitional zone between the north tropical zone and the south subtropical zone. The transition of climate and vegetation causes the complexity of regional geographical elements, and rich plant resources constitute a unique, diverse, beautiful and quiet forest landscape.

2. Pu 'er Tea-Horse Ancient Road Scenic Area is located in Lameipo, northwest of Simao District, Pu 'er City, Yunnan Province, with an area of about 5,000 mu, east to the outer edge of Tuanshan Reservoir, south to No.8 Highway in the northern new area of Pu 'er, 200 meters west to the site of Lameipo Tea-Horse Ancient Road, and 200 meters north to Tutan Horizontal Line. The scenic spot is divided into six blocks: Shui Ying Tea Horse Area, Cable Car Sightseeing Area, Ancient Road Pursuit Area, Caravan Pursuit Area, Ancient Tree Tea Asking Area and Wild Beauty and Humidity Area. Different blocks are all around the humanistic characteristics of this side of the ancient tea-horse road, showing the long historical context of Pu 'er tea evolution in the excellent natural ecology and simple ethnic customs.

3. Meizi Lake is located in Meizi River, 4.5 kilometers southeast of Simao District, Pu 'er City, Yunnan Province. Originally a reservoir, 1982 was converted into a park. It is named after intercepting the Meizi River to build a dam to store water and becoming an artificial lake. There are fish ponds and small animal breeding parks in the park, and the catering and comprehensive entertainment service facilities are perfect.
