Taking B&B as an example, the standards required for upgrading include guest rooms, public spaces, residential courtyards, thermal insulation and sound insulation, and fire safety.

It is understood that each of the rural tourism projects within the scope has specific requirements. Taking the guest room as an example, not only high-quality guest supplies such as electric kettle, clothes rack, chair or sofa, coffee table and bedside table are needed; Equipped with air conditioning, it can be used normally all year round; Equipped with LCD TV, the picture quality and sound quality are good, and it can receive wired or network signals; Equipped with inner curtain and outer sunshade curtain; WIFI network bandwidth is not less than 100M, etc.

According to the standard of Grading Evaluation of Villagers' Accommodation Service Quality in Huairou District, the business units rated as Yin Su B&B and Jinsu B&B by the competent department of tourism industry will be rewarded and supported. Among them, Yin Su-level B&B will be given a one-time reward of 654.38+10,000 yuan; A one-time reward of 6.5438+0.2 million yuan will be given to Jin-Su-level B&B.
