How to apply for a Ukraine tourist visa

Legal analysis: 1. Visa application form.

2. A recent 2-inch color photo taken from the front without hat and sunglasses.

3. Valid passport or international travel document that can replace the passport.

4. An original legal invitation letter issued by a travel company or agent that has a tourism cooperation agreement in Ukraine and has obtained a tourism operation license from Ukraine (the content of the invitation letter includes: invitation letter number, Date of issuing the invitation letter, address, phone number, fax of the company that issued the invitation letter, itinerary, place of residence during the period in Ukraine, name of the leader of the travel company and company seal), copy and Chinese translation.

5. The original and copy of the hotel reservation certificate during the trip to Ukraine.

6. The original copy of the applicant’s income certificate (English or Russian).

Legal basis: "Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China" Article 9 Chinese citizens shall apply for passports or other travel documents in accordance with the law when leaving or entering the country.

Chinese citizens traveling to other countries or regions also need to obtain a visa or other entry permit for the country of destination. However, this does not apply unless the Chinese government has signed a mutual visa exemption agreement with the governments of other countries or if the Ministry of Public Security or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides otherwise.

Chinese citizens who enter or exit the country as seafarers or work on foreign ships must apply for a seafarer's certificate in accordance with the law.
