1, Haba Snow Mountain

Haba Snow Mountain Nature Reserve is located in the southeast of Shangri-La County, with a total area of 2 1908 hectares, 30 kilometers away from the county seat. As a provincial protected area, it was established in 1982. The main peak is 5396 meters above sea level, and the lowest elevation is Bian Jiang Administrative Village, only 1550 meters, with an elevation difference of 3896 meters.

The whole protected area is more than 4000 meters above sea level, with cliffs, high mountains and rocky beaches and stepped landforms, which are subtropical, temperate, cold temperate and frigid zones in turn. The temperature difference from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain is 22.8℃. This nature reserve is a cold temperate coniferous forest type nature reserve established to protect the natural landscape vertically distributed in alpine forests and the wild animals and plants inhabiting here.

Pudacuo is the first national park in China, located 22km east of Shangri-La County, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. In Tibetan, "Pudacuo" means that God helps to reach the other side of the lake by boat. The water quality and air quality of Pudacuo National Park have reached the national first-class standards.

Pudacuo is mainly composed of Bitahai and Shudu Lake, with an altitude of 3500m to 4 159m, which is an important part of the "Three Parallel Rivers" scenic spot. There are geological landforms, lakes and wetlands, forest meadows, valleys and streams, and rare animals and plants in the park. The original ecological environment is well preserved.
