Why did Sanya become a national key scenic spot?

Sanya is endowed with unique tourism resources and is the most densely populated place in Hainan Province. On the coastline of about 200 kilometers, there are famous tourist attractions at home and abroad, such as Yalong Bay, Dadonghai, Luhuitou Park, Tianya Haijian Wonder and Nansan. Tianya Haijiao Scenic Area is located at the foot of Maling Mountain in Tianya Town, about 26 kilometers away from downtown Sanya. Its qianhai and houshan have unique scenery. Stepping into the tourist area, a pair of blue-gray boulders with a height of 10 meters and a length of more than 60 meters rose from the beach, which was impressive. The two stones are engraved with the words "Tianya" and "Cape" respectively, meaning the edge of the sky and the end of the sea. "Tianya Haijiao" got its name from this. Nansan

Nansan is located 20 kilometers southwest of Sanya, the only tropical coastal city in China. Facing the South China Sea, Nansan is the southernmost mountain range in China. Nanshan has always been called a blessed land. According to Buddhist classics, Guanyin Bodhisattva who helped the poor made twelve wishes to save all beings, and the second wish was to "live in the South China Sea". Master Jian Zhen, a famous monk in the Tang Dynasty, went to Japan for five times without success, drifted to Nanshan for the fifth time, lived here for one and a half years, preached Buddhism, and went to Japan successfully for the sixth time. The first Japanese monk Konghai also landed in China and stopped spreading Buddhism. China's famous phrase "longevity is like the East China Sea, longevity is better than Nanshan" reveals the long-standing relationship between Nanshan and Fushou culture.

Luhuitou Park

Luhuitou is located on a seaside hill 3 kilometers south of Sanya, and extends to the South China Sea like a deer. It is surrounded by the sea on three sides and the mountains are green all year round. It is famous for its beautiful myths and legends. The main peak is 275. 1 m above sea level. Now, a beautiful hilltop park has been built at the top of Luhuitou Mountain. According to this beautiful legend, a giant statue with a height of12m, a length of 9m and a width of 4.9m was carved on the mountain. So Sanya is called "Lucheng". Here, the headland reflects the waves. Standing on the mountain, you can overlook the vast sea and rolling mountains. You can see the panoramic view of Sanya, and the scenery is very spectacular.

Nishima

West Island, also known as Turtle Island, is located in Sanya Bay National Nature Reserve, with an area of 2.8 square kilometers and a population of more than 3,000. Generation fishing is the second largest island along the coast of Hainan Province after Dazhou Island.

Luo Bidong

Luobidong tourist scenic spot is one of the eight scenic spots in Sanya. Located in Lizhigou Town, Sanya City, about 15km away from downtown Sanya. The cave is a natural limestone cave on a strange and unique small mountain peak in Yinling. The hole is about 12m high, 9m wide and 18m deep, and the top of the hole gradually rises about 22m. In the center of the cave, there are two stalactites hanging like giant pens. Legend has it that in ancient times, water dripped from the tip of a pen. If a person can grasp this water skillfully, he will be quick-witted, write a chapter, or get rich and prolong his life. At the bottom of the cave, there are several flat stones shaped like inkstones. It is said that this is the inkstone used by "immortal", hence the name "pen hole".

There are many cliff carvings in the pen hole. The word "pen hole" carved on the wall is more than a foot long, which was inscribed for Xuanwei Yuncong Long in Hainan Road, Haibei, Yuan Dynasty. The lettering of "the pen falls in the hole where the pen falls" and "the peak of the peak" is as memorable as reading backwards.

Sanya National Coral Reef Nature Reserve

Wuzhizhou combines the richness and uniqueness of tropical island tourism resources. The whole island is irregular butterfly-shaped, with an area of 65,438 0.48 square kilometers, 65,438 0.500 meters from east to west and 65,438 0.654 38.000 meters from north to south.
