Why is Japan the longest-lived country in the world?

In my travel career, I have been to nearly 100 countries and traveled more than half of my motherland. As a senior donkey friend, it is most important to go to every country and taste the local authentic food. Due to the different cultural and geographical relations of each country, each region also has its own food culture.

Just like in Europe and America, people like to eat western hamburgers, South Korea likes to eat kimchi, and Japan likes to eat sushi. Food culture actually has a certain influence on our health. When I travel to Japan, I see local people eat three meals a day. I finally know why it's called Japan. The longest-lived country in the world? Yes!

After experiencing Japanese food for a few days, the biggest feeling for me is lightness. On the dining table in Japan, we seldom see some fried products, most of which are light. Japanese cooking, on the other hand, doesn't seem to like seasonings very much. They like to keep the original flavor of dishes.

Most traditional breakfasts in Japan are a bowl of rice, a grilled fish and some appetizers. The Japanese believe that a year's plan lies in spring and a day's plan lies in the morning. Only when you eat enough breakfast can you have enough energy to maintain your life the next day.

For lunch, the Japanese also mainly focus on rice. If you are an office worker, your wife will prepare lunch at home early, mostly some rice balls, or some Japanese seafood, sashimi or sushi. Japan is a country rich in marine resources, so it likes to eat seafood for three meals a day, which is one of the reasons why the obesity rate in Japan is relatively low.

At dinner, the Japanese diet will be lighter, and they often eat some pasta. In Japanese food culture, people don't like overeating, but they will control their appetite to seven points full. Moreover, Japanese people don't like takeout very much, and prefer to cook at home, even if office workers are very busy.

Due to geographical reasons, Japanese hot food culture is mainly composed of traditional foods such as seafood, tofu and miso soup, and some western food cultures, such as drinking milk and yogurt with vegetables, which is actually very healthy.

This is why Japan is one of the longest-lived countries in the world! After reading it, I wonder if you have a chance to feel the Japanese food culture? However, for a traditional China donkey friend like me, it's really hard to get used to going to Japan and I miss China's delicious food very much!
