Of course. According to official website's inquiry, the same-journey bus ticket that has not been picked up and has been away from the departure time for more than 3 hours can be cancelled.

1. First log in to official website, enter the "My Orders" page, find the order that needs a refund, and click the "Cancel Order" button.

2. Secondly, fill in the refund reason according to the refund regulations prompted on the page, select the refund method, and click the "Submit Application" button after confirming that the refund information is correct.

3. Finally, Tongcheng Tourism Customer Service will process your refund application within 1-2 working days.
