Qinghe Tourist Resort is located in Qinghe District, Tieling City. Relying on Qinghe Reservoir, the resort is surrounded by mountains and waters, with beautiful scenery, and mountains, waters and cities set each other off.

The resort is located at the intersection of Liaohe Plain and Liaodong Hills, which has both the characteristics of mountains and plains, undulating hills and patches of pine forests. Qinghe Reservoir in the tourist area is the third largest reservoir in Liaoning Province, with a reservoir area of 54 square kilometers.
