1. Qinyuan Deshui

Fugu is the first county where the Yellow River enters Shaanxi, which is the "Qinyuan". The Yellow River enters the county from Xiaolu Village, Longkou Town, Zhungeer Banner, Inner Mongolia, and reaches Longkou in the west.
