Shanghai Tourism Service Vocational and Technical School is a secondary vocational and technical school that specializes in cultivating tourism service talents. The school was officially named and listed in 1985. Song Richang inscribed the name of the school. The school was formerly known as Shanghai Huangpu Middle School. In 1980, Huangpu Middle School began to establish vocational classes, and in 1995, Fengxian branch was established. In 1990, it was approved by the State Education Commission as one of the first batch of provincial and municipal key vocational high schools, and in 1996, it was approved by the State Education Commission as one of the first batch of national key vocational high schools.
