However, after a long time, these weight loss methods seem to be no longer effective. Weight has risen and fallen, fluctuating in a small range, and there is no obvious decline. People are exhausted, and they don't want to go on the treadmill, and they can't go on a diet.
I admit that the main fault lies with me, but there are some secondary responsibilities for the epidemic.
Because people are bored at home, the biggest exercise is to walk around the rooms. When I walk to the kitchen door, I always open the refrigerator door without thinking. I am not exaggerating. I really mean obsessive-compulsive disorder without thinking
What's in the fridge? Of course, fruits, vegetables, snacks, raw and cooked meat, nuts, eggs and bread can all be eaten. I still don't understand: why do those foods I hoard always suit my appetite?

After a long time, how can people not be fat? This kind of fat, should we give it a name, called "epidemic fat"?
In recent years, the only effective way for me to lose weight is to travel. Go out for a walk and be thinner; The longer you travel, the more you lose weight.
I don't want to associate losing weight with the hardships of life. There is hardship in the journey, but I never regard it as torture. I travel to enjoy life, not to suffer hardships, and I am absolutely out of touch with nourishing my heart and nature, and nourishing my qi into pills.
So I can't deliberately go on a diet, eat what I should and buy whatever I want.
But it is still difficult for travelers to get fat. Because there are much more activities every day than staying at home.
And the most important thing is that I can't pick up anything and stuff it in my mouth, whether driving or playing. Naturally, the calorie intake is much less, and I will be hungry when it's time to eat.
Sometimes, I miss my meal. For example, after visiting a scenic spot in the morning, I was tired in the afternoon, and then I leaned against the bed to brush my mobile phone. Brush brush, suddenly looked up and looked out, only to find that it was already dark. I don't usually want to go out to find a restaurant at this time. I'll pick up the things in the car, which may be baked wheat cakes, pickles, apples and sausages. Whatever it is, a few bites is dinner.
Of course, you can't lose weight everywhere. You can drive to Tibet, Qinghai and Xinjiang. But if you wander around in a big city, the effect will not be obvious, and you may even gain weight.
Because in big cities, the way of travel is different from Tibet.
Go to Beijing, there are roast duck, preserved fruit and instant-boiled mutton; To Wuhan, there are Black Duck, Osmanthus Jelly and Regan Noodles; Go to Xi 'an, where there are steamed buns, cold rice noodles and Huimin Street. ...
