Article 10 Admission Principles
1. We will implement the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, comprehensive moral, intellectual and physical assessment, comprehensive evaluation, merit-based admissions and the admissions principles of “school responsibility, admissions supervision” to select and admit students scientifically and fairly.
2. Admissions are conducted remotely via computer, and the electronic file information of candidates provided by each provincial admissions examination office is used as the basis for admitting new students. Candidates who enjoy the extra-point policy will be admitted in accordance with the extra-point and grade-increasing principles stipulated by the provincial recruitment committees.

Article 12 Award and Loan Policy
1. National scholarships and bursaries (implemented in accordance with relevant national policies and used to reward students with excellent academic performance and to help poor students complete their studies).
(1) National scholarship: 8,000 yuan/year.
(2) National Inspirational Scholarship: 5,000 yuan/year.
(3) National scholarship: The average funding standard is 3,300 yuan per year. The specific funding standard is determined independently by the college within the range of 2,000-4,000 yuan per student per year, and can be divided into 2-3 levels.
2. Targeted Poverty Alleviation Funding through Education: According to Document No. 274 of Qianjiao Zhufa [2015], “students from rural registered poor households” with official full-time academic qualifications and household registration in our province can apply for Targeted Poverty Alleviation Funding through education.
(1) Special poverty alleviation scholarship, standard is 1,000 yuan/year.

3.
