This standard defines the composition of the urban tourism public information guidance system (hereinafter referred to as the guidance system), determines the overall setting principles and requirements of each guiding element in the guidance system, and specifies the setting scope, location and methods of each guiding element in each sub-guidance system.

This standard is applicable to the planning and setting of urban tourism guidance system. The planning and setting of tourism-oriented systems in provinces, cities, counties, townships and towns can also be used for reference.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 15565 apply to this document.

3. 1 tourist area

An area with tourism and related activities as its main function or one of its main functions, providing tourism services such as sightseeing, leisure vacation, entertainment and fitness, and having corresponding service facilities.

Note: The tourist area is mainly composed of tourist attractions and related supporting service facilities such as catering, accommodation, shopping and first aid. Tourist attractions are mainly composed of tourist attractions and catering, shopping, toilets and other related supporting service facilities.

3.2 signs of tourist areas

Road traffic signs set at road intersections leading to tourist areas guide drivers from expressway or other roads to neighboring tourist areas, and provide information such as the direction, distance, tourist items and tourist facilities of tourist areas.

Pedestrian guidance system: an information system that provides guidance information about tourist areas and characteristic tourist blocks for tourists who walk or take public transport. Its setting range includes:

-Tourism service-oriented system: an information system that provides tourists with guidance information on tourism service facilities. Its setting range includes:

4.2 Guide element

4.2. 1 The driving guidance system consists of the following guidance elements:

—— Direction signs of tourist areas: signs of tourist areas that provide drivers with direction information of tourist areas. Directional signs of tourist areas are composed of tourist area graphics (or graphic symbols), Chinese names and directional arrows of tourist areas, and English names can also be added.

-Tourist area distance sign: a tourist area sign that provides drivers with distance information of tourist areas. The distance sign of the tourist area consists of the representative figures (or graphic symbols) of the tourist area, the Chinese name of the tourist area and the distance to the tourist area, and English can be added.

Tourist signs: tourist signs that provide drivers with information about tourist projects and tourist facilities. Tourist symbols are composed of related graphic symbols.

—— Guiding signs: traffic signs that provide drivers with road information. Guide signs generally include information such as roads, towns, important public facilities, service facilities, location, distance and driving direction.

4.2.2 Pedestrian guidance system and tourism service guidance system are composed of the following guiding elements:

-Location sign: A public information graphic sign consisting of graphic signs and/or text signs, which is used to indicate the location of service facilities or service functions.

—— Guidance signs: graphic signs of public information, which are composed of graphic signs and/or text signs and arrow symbols, and are used to indicate the route to the expected destination.

—— Schematic diagram: a plan showing the location distribution information of service functions or service facilities in a specific area or place, including: large-scale tourist traffic map, panoramic view of tourist area, guide map, guide map, etc.

—— Block-oriented map: a simplified map that provides information about the main physical geography, location distribution and orientation of public facilities of the block, including: pedestrian street block guide map, commercial street block guide map, cultural street block guide map, food street block guide map and other block guide maps.

—— Information board: a sign showing the information of service functions or service facilities in a specific place or scope.

-Portable printed materials: guide materials that are convenient for users to carry and consult at any time, including: tourist traffic maps, guide maps, city maps, guide books, etc.

4.3 Main information

The main information provided by the navigation system can be divided into:

-Road information: name information of roads and streets.

—— Information of urban access points: information of urban access points such as airports, railway stations, docks and long-distance bus stations.

—— * * Bus station information: bus hub, subway, light rail, bus (electric), special tourist line, sightseeing bus and other station information.

-Tourism information: information about large tourist resorts, nature reserves, tourist attractions (such as theme parks, forest parks, geological parks, amusement parks, zoos, botanical gardens, etc.), museums, exhibition halls, cultural and sports venues, etc.

-Characteristic tourist block information: information of characteristic tourist places such as pedestrian street, commercial street, food street and cultural street, as well as characteristic functions (characteristic shopping, characteristic food and characteristic culture).

-Tourist service information: tourist information consultation service center, tourist center, public toilet, parking lot, catering, accommodation, shopping, first aid, barrier-free facilities and other information.

5 General rules

5. 1 guide design

5. 1. 1 The design of guide elements shall meet the requirements of GB/T 2050 1; Graphical symbols should be used first when transmitting information in the guide element. The graphic symbols specified in GB/T/KOOC-0/000/KOOC-0/shall be applied to the composition of graphic symbols with a side length of/KOOC-0/0 mm, and shall meet the requirements of GB/T 2050/KOOC-0/./KOOC-0/. Graphical symbols with a side length of 3mm 10mm should be used in GB/T.

5. 1.2 The same guiding element should be consistent in the same setting area and should be coordinated with the style of the setting area.

5. 1.3 The characters used for guiding elements in pedestrian guidance system and tourism service guidance system should be in both Chinese and English, and the cities in ethnic autonomous areas should use Chinese, local national languages and English at the same time, and the characters should be standardized and accurate. The text used in the guiding elements of the driving guidance system shall comply with the provisions of GB 5768.2.

5.2 Setting of guide elements

5.2. 1 The setting of guiding elements should be planned systematically. The selection, location and density of guiding elements in the guiding system should be determined according to the functional characteristics, distribution, architectural characteristics, tourist flow characteristics and actual needs of urban roads, tourist areas and tourist service facilities.

5.2.2 The setting of guiding elements in pedestrian guiding system and tourist service guiding system shall conform to the general principles and requirements specified in GB/T 15566 438+0; The setting of guiding elements in the driving guidance system shall comply with the provisions of GB 5768.2.

5.2.3 For night vision areas or tourist areas that are open at night, ensure that the signs are adequately illuminated. It is suggested to ensure that the signs are legible by lighting, reflection or self-illumination.

6 driving guidance system

6. 1 Set range

The setting range of driving guidance system includes expressway, urban expressways, general highways 1), general urban roads 2) and roads in tourist areas.

6.2 General rules

6.2. 1 The guide to the tourist area should rely on the road network level road signs, and tourist area signs can be set near the intersection where the tourist area arrives. The setting of tourist area signs should be coordinated and supplemented with guiding signs. Under normal circumstances, tourist areas below AAA level should not be marked with tourist areas.

6.2.2 In the identification of tourist areas, the graphics (or graphic symbols) that best represent the characteristics of tourist areas and are highly recognized by the public should be selected. Graphics (or graphic symbols) should be concise, clear and eye-catching, and the graphics (or graphic symbols) representing the same tourist area should be consistent.

6.2.3 The color of the base and lining of tourist area signs should be brown, and the color of graphics (or graphic symbols), characters, arrows and borders should be white.

6.3 expressway and Urban Expressway

6.3. 1 expressway and AAAA-level and above tourist areas along urban expressways can be marked with tourist areas. When the exit of expressway or urban expressway directly leads to the tourist area above AAAA level (vehicles do not pass through the intersection before reaching the tourist area, or go straight when passing through the intersection), the direction sign of the tourist area can be set separately at the reference point in front of the exit, or the distance sign of the tourist area can be set at a distance of 1.5km from the reference point in front (see Appendix A, Figure A. 1).

6.3.2 When the exit of expressway or urban expressway does not directly lead to the tourist area (or when it passes through the tourist area but there is no exit), tourist area signs should not be set before the exit.

6.4 Ordinary highways and ordinary urban roads

6.4. 1 Tourist area signs of AAA level and above can be set along general highways and general urban roads. When the road where the tourist area is located has a road name or number, it is advisable to set up a tourist area direction sign separately at the previous intersection leading to the tourist area. Prior to this, the guidance of tourist areas was completed by guidance signs (see Figure A.2).

6.4.2 When there is no road name or number on the road where the tourist area is located, it is advisable to set up tourist area direction signs at all intersections leading to the road, and guide the tourist area before the guide signs are completed at these intersections (see Figure A.3).

6.4.3 The direction sign of the tourist area should be set at about 100 meters in front of the intersection. When the intersection where the tourist area direction sign is set is more than 5km away from the tourist area, the tourist area distance sign can be set at 500m 1000m behind the intersection (see Figure A.4).

6.4.4 Directional signs or distance signs in tourist areas set separately shall not affect the setting of guiding signs. When the tourist area sign cannot be set separately due to conditions, the tourist area information can be set on the guide sign as one of the guide information.

6.4.5 Although general roads pass through or pass through the tourist area, they cannot enter the tourist area, and tourist area guiding signs should not be set.

6.4.6 The road near the tourist area should be provided with a guide sign for the motor vehicle parking lot.

6.5 Roads in tourist areas

6.5. 1 tourist signs should be set at the intersections leading to various tourist attractions or activities in the tourist area. Tourist symbols should use the relevant symbols in GB 5768.2 and GB/T 1000 1 (see Figure A.5).

6.5.2 Tourist signs can be used alone or in combination. However, it is not recommended to combine more than four symbols in the same column (see Figure A.6).

6.5.3 Tourist signs can be used in combination with the names of tourist areas to guide the direction of tourist projects or facilities in tourist areas (see Figure A.7).

6.5.4 The road near the tourist attractions should be provided with a vehicle parking lot guide sign.

7 Pedestrian guidance system

7. 1 Set range

Pedestrian guidance system includes urban entrances and exits (airports, railway stations, docks, long-distance bus stations, etc.). ), public transport stations (bus hubs, subway stations, light rail stations, bus stops, etc.). ), tourist areas, characteristic tourist blocks and other places and surrounding areas.

7.2 General rules

7.2. 1 The main information in the pedestrian guidance system should be induced according to the degree of importance. The information in the navigation system is divided into:

—— A kind of information: tourist area information, characteristic tourist block information, public transport station information and road information;

—— Secondary information: tourist information consultation service center information, tourist center information, public toilets information and parking lot information;

-Tertiary information: information on tourism services such as catering, accommodation, shopping and first aid.

7.2.2 Guidance signs in pedestrian guidance system should focus on primary information and secondary information. When multiple guiding messages are presented on the same carrier, the guiding messages should be arranged from the first level to the third level, and should comply with the provisions of GB/T 15566.438+00.

7.2.3 The plan schematic diagram of pedestrian guidance system should give first-class to third-class information, at least first-class and second-class information.

7.2.4 On the basis of hierarchical guidance, different types of information in the guidance system (see 4.3) should be distinguished by dividing different areas with colors or lines, and the information of tourist areas and characteristic tourist blocks should be highlighted (see Appendix B, Figures B. 1 and B.2).

7.3 Urban Access Location

7.3. 1 A traffic map of urban tourism should be set up in a conspicuous position near the exit of urban entry and exit points to provide information on urban tourism services.

7.3.2 Set up the guide sign of "Tourism Information Consulting Service Center" at the tourist diversion place at the appropriate position of the city entrance (such as near the exit).

7.3.3 At the tourist diversion near the exit of the city entrance, guide signs of public transport stations leading to tourist areas should be set, and information of key tourist areas along the route should be given.

7.3.4 The guiding signs of urban entrances and exits should be set at public transport stations near urban entrances and exits.

7.3.5 The principles and requirements for the installation of airport and railway station guidance systems shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 15566.2 and GB/T 15566.3 respectively.

7.4 Public Traffic Station

7.4. 1 The urban tourist traffic map should be set in a conspicuous position near the entrance and exit of the bus hub or in an open area. It is advisable to set up urban tourist traffic maps at the main transfer points of other public transport stations. The tourist traffic map can be set separately or combined with the stop sign, and the size of the tourist traffic map should be determined according to the setting space and the size of tourist flow.

7.4.2 Export-oriented signs of public transport hubs, subways and light rails shall be marked with information of public transport stations such as tourist areas and tourist information consultation service centers outside the exit.

7.4.3 It is advisable to set up plane schematic diagrams showing the locations of exits on the platforms and distribution points of subway and light rail, and give information such as tourist areas, tourist information consultation service centers and other public transport stations that the exits lead to in the diagram.

7.4.4 It is advisable to set up a block guide map in the area with a radius of 500 meters around the bus hub, subway and light rail exit. Maps should highlight the information of tourist areas, tourist information consultation service centers and other public transport stations.

7.4.5 It is advisable to set up guiding signs for other public transport stations in the tourist area at the main transfer stations of public transport. The guide signs should also give information about the key tourist areas along the way.

7.4.6 It is advisable to highlight the information of major tourist areas passing along the bus stop sign on the route map.

7.4.7 The principles and requirements for setting the guidance system of subway, light rail and bus (electric) vehicles shall comply with GB/T 15566.4.

7.5 tourist area

7.5. 1 The "visitor center" guide sign in the tourist area should be set near the bus stop and parking lot near the tourist area.

7.5.2 A panoramic view (guide map) of the tourist area should be set near the entrance of the tourist center. The setting of the panorama (tour guide map) of the tourist area shall meet the requirements of 7.2.3.

7.5.3 Tourist information guidance signs for people and vehicles can be set up near the main road intersections or sidewalks in tourist areas.

7.5.4 Tourist centers, tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping, first aid, accommodation, public toilets, parking lots and other places in the tourist area should be provided with location signs.

7.5.5 Public transport stations in tourist areas should be equipped with tourist traffic maps of tourist areas, which can be combined with stop signs, and nearby tourist attractions such as guide card should be set up near these public transport stations.

7.5.6 The setting principles and requirements of tourist attractions guidance system shall comply with GB/T 15566.9.

7.6 Characteristic tourist blocks

7.6. 1 Characteristic tourist block (see 4.3) should highlight its characteristics and be consistent with its environmental style.

7.6.2 Characteristic tourist blocks should focus on guiding the main body and characteristic functions (characteristic shopping, characteristic food, characteristic culture, etc.). ), and set the guide marks and position marks for these functions (see Figure B.2).

7.6.3 When the functions in a characteristic tourist block are relatively single and concentrated (such as food street and bar street), it is advisable to set up guidance signs and location signs only for characteristic functions, public toilets, bus stops and parking lots (see Figure B.3).

7.6.4 The planning schematic diagram of the characteristic tourist block should be set at the entrance of the characteristic tourist block and the main road nodes in the area, in which the characteristic functional information and other functional information should be marked with different colors, but the characteristic functional information should be highlighted (see Figure B.2 and Figure B.3).

8 Tourism service-oriented system

8. 1 Set range

The tourist service guidance system includes tourist information consultation service center, tourist center, catering, accommodation, shopping, first aid, public toilets, parking lots, barrier-free facilities and other places and surrounding areas.

8.2 General rules

The design and setting of guiding elements in the tourism service-oriented system should highlight the main service functions related to tourism in various tourism service places.

8.3 Tourism Information Consulting Service Center

8.3. 1 Set the location sign of "Tourism Information Consulting Service Center" at the entrance of the Tourism Information Consulting Center.

8.3.2 Set the guiding signs of "Tourist Information Consulting Service Center" at the main road nodes and pedestrian flow nodes around the tourist information consulting center.

8.3.3 Tourist information and publicity materials of this city should be provided to tourists, such as tourist guide, tourist traffic map, tourist map, tourist guide map, introduction of tourist attractions, and information related to hotels, specialties, special foods, famous cultural and entertainment places, etc.

8.3.4 According to the city's tourism resources, provide one-day, two-day, three-day and Zhou Bianyou-related tourism materials. May wish to provide tourists with the telephone number and website of excellent travel agencies to facilitate tourists to join the group.

8.3.5 The logo design of "Tourism Information Consulting Service Center" shall comply with the provisions of GB/T XXXXX.

8.4 Visitor Center

8.4. 1 The location sign of "Visitor Center" shall be set at the entrance of the Visitor Center.

8.4.2 Set the guide sign of "Visitor Center" on the roads or pedestrian nodes around the Visitor Center.

8.4.3 Tourist information and publicity materials related to this tourist area and its surrounding tourist areas should be provided to tourists, such as tourist guide maps, introduction of tourist attractions, tourist traffic maps, tourist maps, hotels and restaurants, special commodities, special foods and other tourist information-related materials.

8.4.4 According to the tourist resources in tourist areas, it is advisable to provide half-day, one-day and two-day tours in Zhou Bianyou and related tourist materials.

8.5 Dining places

8.5. 1 It is suggested that the menus, drinks introductions or other eye-catching positions of time-honored brands, well-known restaurants and characteristic restaurants indicate the featured or well-known dishes and drinks in the store, so as to facilitate tourists' choice.

8.5.2 Guiding signs should be set around time-honored dining places, well-known dining places and special dining places.

8.5.3 It is advisable to display the location information of time-honored brands, well-known hotels and characteristic hotels in the city on the block guide map, tourist traffic map and plane sketch map.

8.6 Accommodation

8.6. 1 It is advisable to provide tourists with tourism resources information, local tourism traffic information and national tourism traffic information at the front desk of star-rated hotels. It is advisable to provide the city's tourist guide, tourist traffic map, tourist map, tourist guide map, introduction of tourist attractions, as well as the relevant information of the city's special goods, special food and other tourist information. Traffic maps in Chinese and English can also be provided.

8.6.2 It is advisable to provide tourists with surrounding tourist routes, such as one-day tour, two-day tour, three-day tour and Zhou Bianyou, and provide relevant tourist information.

8.6.3 It is advisable to provide passengers with the telephone numbers and websites of excellent travel agencies to facilitate tourists to participate in group tours.

8.6.4 The setting principles and requirements of accommodation guidance system shall comply with GB/T 15566.8.

8.7 Shopping places

8.7. 1 Shopping places such as large shopping malls and supermarkets, if there is a special tourist product area, should set up a special tourist product area guide sign at the entrance of the shopping place.

8.7.2 The eye-catching position of the special tourism product area shall be marked with position signs.

8.7.3 The location and information of tourist specialty areas should be highlighted on the schematic plan or information board of shopping places with tourist specialty areas.

8.7.4 The setting principles and requirements of shopping place guidance system shall comply with GB/T 15566.5.

8.8 First aid places

8.8. 1 If there are first-aid places in airports, railway stations, wharves and tourist areas, location signs and guidance signs shall be set for the first-aid places, and the location information of the first-aid places shall be marked on the plane schematic diagram of the above areas.

8.8.2 The location information of the first-aid places within the scope shown in this drawing shall be given on the block navigation map.

8.9 Public toilets

8.9. 1 tourist areas and characteristic tourist blocks shall be provided with location signs and guide signs for public toilets.

8.9.2 The information of public toilets in guiding signs, schematic diagrams, block-oriented maps, information plates and portable printed materials shall not exceed the information of tourist areas and characteristic tourist blocks.

8. 10 parking lot

8. 10. 1 tourist areas and characteristic tourist blocks shall be provided with motor vehicle parking guidance signs and location signs.

8. 10.2 The eye-catching degree of motor vehicle parking information in guiding signs, schematic diagrams, block-oriented maps, information boards and portable printed materials shall not exceed the information of tourist areas and characteristic tourist blocks.

8. 10.3 The setting principles and requirements of the guidance system for motor vehicle parking lots shall comply with GB/T 15566.438+0 1.

8. 10.4 Non-motor vehicle parking lots shall be provided with location signs. Where the location of non-motor vehicle parking lots is hidden, guiding signs shall be set up.

8. 1 1 Places related to barrier-free facilities

8. 1 1. 1 near the barrier-free facilities in major public places (such as urban access places, public transport stations, tourist areas, characteristic tourist blocks, shopping places, first-aid places, public toilets, motor vehicle parking lots, etc.), guide signs and location signs of barrier-free facilities shall be set up. ).
