Who are not allowed to travel abroad in China's entry and exit regulations?

In any of the following circumstances, the exit shall not be approved:

(1) Defendants and criminal suspects in criminal cases identified by public security organs or people's procuratorates and people's courts;

(3) Being sentenced to a penalty and serving a sentence;

(4) Being reeducated through labor;

Article 9 In any of the following circumstances, the frontier inspection organ shall have the right to stop leaving the country and deal with it according to law:

(1) Holding an invalid exit certificate;

(2) Holding other people's exit certificates;

(3) Holding forged or altered exit certificates. ?
