Investigation report on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers

what to do after buying counterfeit goods-investigation report

In recent years, counterfeit and shoddy goods have mushroomed. From food to supplies, from medicine to clothing, from the inside out, where there are genuine products, there are fake footprints, and finally even the RMB for shopping is fake. Fake items bring a lot of inconvenience to people, and some can even kill people! Their market is much bigger than the real thing. Those black-hearted bosses use sweet words to lure people into taking the bait and make money without conscience. Therefore, we should be very careful when shopping. But what if you buy counterfeit goods? Let me do an investigation!

I conducted a survey in our community. Because it is during the "May 1st" period, people also buy a lot of souvenirs, some of which are defective. Among the 15 people I investigated, 8 people think that they should find a seller or manufacturer to return or exchange goods, and they think that they must not suffer losses, accounting for about 53% of the total; There are three people who think they are unlucky. Some of them think that the price is not much, and it is not worth it. Some people think that the long journey is not worth it, so they have to bear it, and they learn from it. They account for 2% of the total. Four of them think that they should go to the "consumer association", accounting for 27% of the total. They said that they should not only protect their own interests from infringement, but also make others stop being cheated, and give strong sanctions to illegal businesses according to law.

Actually, I agree with the third approach. We should advocate the third approach, but not many people do so, which proves that the legal awareness of Chinese citizens needs to be further improved. Punishing unscrupulous merchants by law is a real and thorough protection of their own interests. At the same time, I also hope that those merchants who are selling or will sell counterfeit goods will put themselves in their shoes. Are you afraid of buying fakes? Then stop, this is what everyone hopes, let the clouds of fake goods drift by, leaving the sky of the real thing!

This survey basically shows the situation of the protection of urban consumers' rights and interests in China since the promulgation and implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests for ten years. It shows that China has made unremitting efforts to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and promote the healthy and orderly development of the market in the process of establishing a market economy. It also shows the problems still existing in the field of consumer rights protection ten years after the promulgation and implementation of the Consumer Law. It can be said that the promulgation and implementation of the Consumer Law not only effectively protects the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, but also awakens consumers' awareness of self-protection to a great extent.

We also know from the survey that the work of implementing the Consumer Law and protecting consumers' rights and interests still needs to be strengthened, and many work of the Consumers Association also needs to be further promoted. Therefore, it is still an important task for the Consumers Association and relevant departments to publicize and popularize the knowledge of Consumer Law, cultivate consumers' awareness of self-protection and better carry out various tasks to help consumers safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.

"The interests of the masses are no small matter". Effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of consumers is directly related to the vital interests of more than one billion consumers and is the common responsibility of the whole society. On the occasion of the 1th anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the Consumer Law, we call on all sectors of society to take Theory of Three Represents as a guide, adapt to the new situation, take new measures, create a new situation in the protection of consumers' rights and interests, and work hard to build a well-off society in an all-round way!
