(3) In order to support the torch carnival experience in Zhaojue County, from 08: 00 on August 5, 2008 to 24:00 on August 5, 2008, all vehicles were prohibited from driving in the direction of Zhaojue at the traffic lights of Sichuan Turntable and the control point at the entrance of Pushi Squadron. Unless there is a pass, trucks of 0.8 tons and above are prohibited from going up the mountain, and the cars are properly released according to the traffic situation in the Coca section. Social vehicles and tourists who participated in the Torch Festival in Coca de parked their vehicles on the side of the auxiliary road of the east extension line of Aerospace Avenue, and took a bus ferry to participate in the event. After the event, they took the bus ferry back to the parking place to pick up the car and drive away.

Third, the emergency evacuation area:

(1 In case of emergency, evacuate to Sihe Township Road or surrounding open spaces and mountains.

(2) In case of emergency, evacuate the venue of Baimiao Village Poetry Town in Daqing Township to provincial highway 2 12.

(3) In case of emergency, the original ecological torch square in Luogubo Township needs to be evacuated to the national highway 108.
