National standards for the establishment of tourist resorts

Legal analysis: (1) conforms to the requirements of the national standard Classification of Tourist Resorts (GB/T26358) and related detailed rules;

(two) in line with the requirements of socialist core values;

(three) the holiday facilities are relatively concentrated and in good operation;

(4) The tourism public information service system is sound;

(5) The comprehensive satisfaction of tourists is high;

(six) has a high reputation and brand influence in the country;

(7) The land use complies with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations;

(eight) the main business entity has no serious violation of laws and regulations in the past three years;

(nine) no major tourism safety accidents have occurred in the past three years;

(10) It has been recognized as a provincial tourist resort 1 year or more.

Legal basis: Article 7 of the Measures for the Administration of National Tourist Resorts shall meet the following conditions to declare a national tourist resort:

(a) in line with the national standard "classification of tourist resorts" (GB/T26358) and related rules;

(two) in line with the requirements of socialist core values;

(three) the holiday facilities are relatively concentrated and in good operation;

(4) The tourism public information service system is sound;

(5) The comprehensive satisfaction of tourists is high;

(six) has a high reputation and brand influence in the country;

(7) The land use complies with the relevant provisions of laws and regulations;

(eight) the main business entity has no serious violation of laws and regulations in the past three years;

(nine) no major tourism safety accidents have occurred in the past three years;

(10) It has been recognized as a provincial tourist resort 1 year or more.
