Cai Lun Zhuhai Tourist Scenic Area is located in the upper reaches of leishui Scenic Belt in leiyang city. Now it is a national AAAA tourist scenic spot, a national water conservancy scenic spot, a national bamboo forest hometown, a scenic spot in Hunan Province, a forest park in Hunan Province and a civilized scenic spot in Hunan Province.

Bamboo Sea covers more than 200 hills with an area of 6.5438+0.6 million mu. It is the largest contiguous bamboo sea in China, and is known as "Asian Dazhuhai Scenic Resort Scenic Area" and "Natural Oxygen Bar". Thunder and water pass through the bamboo sea, forming a beautiful landscape where bamboo and clear water set each other off.
