The Concept and Function of Tourism Law

Legal analysis: tourism law in a broad sense refers to the general name of various legal norms that adjust various social relations in the field of tourism activities. This shows that the object of tourism law adjustment mainly refers to the social relations related to tourism or reflecting the characteristics of tourism activities formed in tourism activities (including tourism management, sightseeing and other tourism-related activities). This is the difference between tourism law and other laws. For example, tourists have travel needs, and travel agencies provide services to meet the needs of tourists, forming a relationship between demand and meeting demand.

Legal basis: Tourism Law of the People's Republic of China Article 1 This Law is formulated in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and tour operators, standardize the order of the tourism market, protect and rationally utilize tourism resources, and promote the sustained and healthy development of tourism.
