Turkish Airlines Service Introduction

Turkish domestic flights:

You need to check in at the airport 1 hour in advance and stop checking in 20 minutes before the plane takes off.

International flights:

Check in at the airport 2 hours in advance and stop 35 minutes before the plane takes off.

About luggage

Economy class: Baggage weighing no more than 20kg is allowed.

Business class: luggage not exceeding 30 kg is allowed.

In addition, you can buy another ticket to carry luggage weighing no more than 75 kilograms into the cabin.

It is especially important to note that it is strictly forbidden to bring any toxic gas, inflammable and explosive articles into the engine room.

Flight safety tips

Please pack your own luggage or check the packing process yourself. Don't accept things from strangers.

During the take-off and landing of aircraft: When the safety sign is displayed, please avoid operating the following items: single player, electronic game machine, notebook computer, CD player, radio and television receiver, mobile TV, DVD, VCD or similar electrical or electronic equipment that needs battery power generation.

During the whole flight:

It is forbidden to operate the following items: radio, TV transmitter, mobile phone, walkie-talkie, remote control toy and any equipment that can conduct electromagnetic waves.

Lost air ticket

1. Passengers who lost their tickets before checking in at the airport can consult the local Turkish Airlines office.

2. Passengers who lose their tickets after registration can get a new ticket by showing their tickets (stubs) and paying 50 US dollars or the corresponding amount of Turkish lira; If the ticket (stub) is also lost, you must buy a new ticket. This procedure is only applicable to passengers on international flights.
