I am a 19-year-old female sophomore student in Chongqing. I want to travel to the United States alone during the summer vacation. Should I apply for a tourist visa, go with a group, or sign on my own?

First: When applying for a tourist visa, it is best not to say that you have friends there. Of course, it would be more reasonable if you apply for the visa yourself. You cannot just go and have fun in the United States without an acquaintance. But if you sign it yourself, you basically won’t be able to pass~

Second: Proof of assets is a must. Although the VO may not necessarily read it, if he asks to see it but you don't, it will also affect your signing rate.

Third: I suggest you sign with a group. You have a higher chance of signing with their note! But it’s hard to say if your passport is a blank copy~

Fourth: If you sign up for a group tour, you cannot leave the group! Because the tour leader will hold your passport until you return to your country and will not return it to you! And if you sign up for a group trip, you have to pay a deposit.

I went to sign on my own in early July, but I didn’t sign it, and then signed up for a group tour and signed it again. I just came back. These are my experiences. I hope it will be helpful to you~
