What are the signs of tourism psychology?
In 1981, the book "Tourism Psychology" edited by Edward J. Mayo Jr., director of the Institute of Tourism Research at Florida Central University, and Lance P. Jarvis, associate dean of the School of Business Administration, was published. This book examines travel and tourism from a behavioral science perspective for the first time, analyzing and studying tourists' travel behavior from a psychological perspective. The publication of this book marked the birth of tourism psychology.
