2. Handling of export

For the first time, eligible residents apply for the Garden Year Card:

① If you choose Suzhou Citizen Card B to open, you need 18 yuan, and you must take photos in person;

② If you choose your ID card to directly open the function of the Garden Year Card, you can go to the new office with your ID card, pay the annual fee of 1.20 yuan, and entrust others to do it for you.
