Can I apply for a personal tourist visa in Japan by myself?

I can apply for a personal tourist visa in Japan.

The required materials that everyone needs to provide are as follows:

1. Original passport valid for more than half a year (if you have an old passport, please provide it together).

2. Two original photos (35mm*45mm or 45m*45mm, white background is acceptable, but within 6 months).

3. Copy of ID card

4. A complete household registration book

5. Application form for going to Japan (template available, printed on both sides)

6. Personal information processing consent (with template)

Precautions:

1. Both husband and wife should also provide a copy of either party's marriage certificate (economic materials are enough).

2. Provide a copy of the retirement certificate of the elderly (the children's economic materials are ok, but the relationship needs to be proved).

3. Another copy of the baby's birth certificate (the parents' economic material).

4. Students should also provide a copy of student ID card and parental consent (at the same time, provide proof of relationship with parents and use parents' economic materials).

5. If you are traveling alone, you should also provide your personal reasons for traveling (see the template).

6. If you are traveling alone, but you have a colleague who does not apply for a visa together, provide a copy of the colleague's passport home page and visa page.

Note: the probability of a consulate traveling alone will be high, so it is recommended to apply together.
