In the tourism consumption contract, debt refers to the obligations that the tourism service operator or tourists should pay according to their agreement, including the implementation of positive specific behaviors (such as the tourism operator providing services and the tourists paying fees) and the failure to implement specific behaviors (such as the tourism operator modifying the service commitment without authorization and the tourists requesting to increase the service content without authorization).
Legal basis: Article 470th of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).
