Vietnamese visa-free or landing visa?
According to the mutual visa-free agreement between China and Vietnam, Vietnam does not implement visa-free policy for Vietnamese citizens, but can apply for landing visa. China citizens holding valid diplomatic, official and ordinary official passports are exempt from visas for entry, exit or transit in Vietnam, and the visa-free stay period shall not exceed 90 days from the date of entry. On the other hand, China citizens with valid ordinary passports must apply for a visa in advance, or apply for approval at the airport and get a visa on arrival. It should be noted that Viet Nam's landing visa policy is not applicable to all regions. Only certain areas, such as Fuguo Island, are open to free travel in landing visa, and other areas may need to join tour groups to apply or apply for Vietnamese visas in advance.
