The Decision of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on Abolishing the Interim Measures for the Administration of Online Games and the Measures for the Administration of Tourism Development Planning has been deliberated and adopted at the ministerial meeting of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on June 28th, 2065438. It is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Decision of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on Abolishing the Interim Measures for the Administration of Online Games and the Measures for the Administration of Tourism Development Planning

In order to implement the relevant requirements of the Plan for Deepening the Reform of Party and State Institutions, and further promote the reform of "simplifying administration, strengthening supervision and improving services", the Ministry of Culture and Tourism decided to abolish the Interim Measures for the Administration of Online Games (Decree No.49 of the Ministry of Culture) and the Measures for the Administration of Tourism Development Planning (Decree No.1/kloc-0 of the National Tourism Administration)

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
