Bai Yinchagan, male, born in June, 1949, Mongolian, professor of Tourism College of Inner Mongolia Normal University, master tutor, engaged in teaching, research, planning, design and development of tourism specialty. He presided over the national social science project 1, 3 provincial and ministerial projects, and presided over and participated in more than 20 tourism planning and design projects. He has written 6 monographs and published more than 20 papers. Won the second prize and the third prize of the Ministry of Education. Hao Zhicheng, male, 1956, born in August, Mongolian, professor, doctor, tutor of master students in Tourism College of China Normal University, engaged in the research of history, culture and tourism development. He presided over 3 provincial projects, participated in 5 tourism planning and design projects, published monographs 1 department, and published more than 0 papers 10. He has won the second prize of outstanding social science achievements of the autonomous region government and the second prize of outstanding scientific research achievements of the school.

Yang Buzzard, male, born in 1955, Mongolian, associate professor, Ph.D., master tutor of Tourism College of China Normal University, engaged in tourism development and folk tourism research in ethnic areas. Bu Rentu, male, born in 1956, Mongolian, associate professor of Tourism College of China Normal University, master tutor, engaged in tourism literature and tourism culture research. Chang 'an, male, born in September, 1978, Mongolian, lecturer, doctor, research direction is tourism planning and tourism geography.
